Cention's vision is to become a leading provider of software for contact centres, designing and supplying systems to improve the handling of both internal processes and customer communication.
Cention's concept is this - "Cention improves your customers’ satisfaction by increasing SLA levels and improving quality of service, whilst lowering the handling cost."
Our solution is the Cention software suite, which enables the modern contact centre to handle more e-mail using fewer resources.
By providing proper system support, part of the process can be automated. Also included are tools to facilitate follow-up and report-writing, which are crucial for successful customer care. These facilities give team leader and managers the necessary control, down to operator level, so that they can follow the status of the centre’s task flow in real time.

Company Structure:
The parent company is Cention Group.
Within Cention Group are two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Cention AB and Cention Pvt Ltd.
Cention AB is the company responsible for sales, marketing and partner strategy. It is a privately-owned Swedish company, headquartered in Stockholm.
Cention Pvt Ltd is the production company where R&D, production and development is handled. This is a Bangladeshi Pvt company, registered on the joint stock market in Dhaka.
