Henrik Ericsson, Chief Executive Officer:

Henrik Ericsson has over 10 years of experience in various management and technology positions. Between 1995-2000, Mr Ericsson worked within the Telia group, taking responsibility for the development and new technologies for Telia’s (now Eniro’s) online business. Prior to the current position as CEO of Cention AB Mr Ericsson was the CEO of Acti Solutions AB and ExpoTeam. He is a member of the board of Cention Group Holding Ltd and IIA Financial Group Ltd. Mr Ericsson has a degree in marketing and economics.

Christian M. Stamgren, Chief Operating Officer:

Christian Stamgren, co-founder and Chairman of the board, has more than 11 years of international experience in leading operational and technology teams on an executive level. He has in-depth knowledge of business process development and has lead many organisational change projects, working with quality management processes such as Lean Six Sigma and ISO 9001:2000. Mr Stamgren heads Cention's global operations, with footprints in Europe, Asia and the Americas. He is CEO for Cention Pvt Ltd. Previously, Mr Stamgren led development at Acti Solutions, specialising in IR (information retrieval), indexing, compression and search-engine technologies.

Anna Cedmert, Chief Product Officer:

Anna Cedmert has over 10 years experience of marketing and customer relationship management. She began work in the online world as a webmaster and maintenance officer for www.gulasidorna.se. Prior to joining Cention, Ms Cedmert worked for Acti Group as marketing director for the subsidiary, Acti Solutions. Ms Cedmert has a degree in pedagogy and is a certified project manager.

Christopher Ross, Head Of Development:

Christopher Ross has extensive experience in modern programming languages, methods and techniques, from low-level system to high-level application design and development, allowing him to quickly understand and translate customer requirements into real-world solutions whilst recognising the long-term impact of growth and change.

Tareq Ul-Huda, Bangladesh:

Tareq Ul-Huda runs Cention’s Bangladesh branch and is responsible for all operational concerns. He is highly skilled in business communication, information and knowledge management, with experience of Japanese, Singaporean and Swedish multinational concerns. He is dedicated to meeting the clients’ technical demands.
