During this spring Cention has opened up operations in South America.
The target markets are Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Bolivia and Paraguay.
We strongly believe in these emerging markets as the business for Spanish and English-speaking call centers are evolving both from within these countries and also by the outsourcing trend from the US.
