We have 3 main types of partners. You can read more about the different Cention Partners below.
Resellers
A Cention Reseller is a sales company focused solely on the contact centre industry. Some large resellers can also be solution partners.
Partners sell only Cention products, and are highly specialised in the analysis and identification of customers needs for contact centre products. These companies are all certified Cention resellers, and all sales personnel are certified Cention sales agents.
Technology partners
These are companies that integrate the full Cention Contact Centre or parts of it with their own software.
In this segment you will find companies such as telephone system suppliers, IP suppliers and CRM/ERP systems suppliers, which have integrated Cention Contact Centre into their own software to handle e-mails. These can also be referred to as OEM partners.
All third-party software using Cention is certified, to maintain high quality and stability.
Solution Partners
Cention Solution Partners provide our products with in-depth technology knowledge required to handle installation, integration and customisation. These companies are all highly skilled, and are global leaders within their lines of business.
These companies employ registered and certified Cention consultants and engineers, who are trained to perform the tasks necessary for customers using Cention Contact Centre.
